Everyone at Randolph Seating & Mobility shares in your concerns surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our top priority continues to be making sure our customers and employees stay safe and healthy throughout this pandemic. To accomplish this priority, we will be making some short-term changes that will impact the way we serve our customers.

What We Are Doing

We are regularly monitoring information provided by the Centers for Disease Control, World Health Organization and state and local authorities to ensure we are tailoring our business practices to keep our customers’ and employees’ best interests at heart. While our goal is to minimize any disruption to regular business, we are enacting the following services / changes:  To help make life a little easier for you during these uncertain times.

 

NO CONTACT / LIMITED CONTACT EVALUATIONS

Using HIPPA compliant telehealth options, we are able to perform new mobility equipment evaluations remotely, and with limited / no contact.  We are also able to remotely evaluate your equipment for repairs to ensure you continue living life in motion.  Simply contact our office for help getting you scheduled quickly and safely.  

 

MANDATORY USE OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)

All employees are issues PPE that include masks, gloves, and face shields.  CDC best practices will always be followed.  If a client is being served inside our facility, they will be required to wear a mask in compliance with CDC and local governmental requirements. 

 

SCREENING PROCEDURE

Clients and/or caregivers that visit our facility will be screened by providing temperature checks, and asked a series of questions regarding any previous illness, and/or any known exposure to COVID 19.  Everyone is requires to wear a mask at all times.  In the event of a temperature greater that 100.4 with COVID 19 symptoms, they will be asked to stay home until their temperature is below 100.4 and not showing any other symptoms. 

 

CURBSIDE DELIVERY OPTIONS

We are able to provide limited or no contact delivery to your home, facility, or at our location.

 

SANITIZED EQUIPMENT & WORK SPACES

We are required to disinfect our work surfaces before and after each use, as well as disinfecting all equipment upon receipt and prior to delivering to each client.  Touchpoints will be sanitized after each transaction including countertops and pens.

 

CONTINUING EDUCATION AROUND BEST PRACTICES FOR INFECTION CONTROL

We are concerned for your health and safety.  We will continue to monitor and make decisions based on the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Government, and other Health Officials. 

We are aware that these changes may be an inconvenience, but we are taking these steps out of an abundance of caution to limit potential exposure to our customers and employees.

 

Steps You Can Take To Help Stop the Spread

To reduce your risk of contracting and/or spreading COVID-19, it is recommended that you take the following precautions:

  • Wear a mask to prevent yourself and others to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
  • Stay at least 6 feet apart (about 2 arms lengths) from others who don't live with you.
  • Avoid crowds.  The more people you are in contact with, the more likely you are to be exposed to COVID-19.
  • Mask help prevent you from getting or spreading the virus.
  • You could spread COVID-19 to others even if you do not feel sick.
  • Don’t touch anything in public spaces.
  • Don’t touch your face.
  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for 20 seconds (hum the “Happy Birthday” song two times).
  • Use hand sanitizer regularly between washes.
  • Avoid crowded places (stores, and large events).
  • Avoid contact with friends or family who travel frequently (train or airplane).
  • Avoid contact with friends or family who attend public events.
  • Get enough rest (7-8 hours of sleep).
  • Stay hydrated.
